- 8950 West Sidewalk: 3200 South to 3100 South, CJ-07-0003
- Scheduled for construction in May, 2008. Installing curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements on the west side of 8950 West.
- Evergreen Avenue Sidewalk: 2000 East to Evergreen Park, CI-07-0004
- Scheduled for construction in June, 2008. Installing curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements on the south side of Evergreen Avenue.
- Highland Drive North (Imperial) Storm Drain, CJ-07-0001
- Scheduled for construction in February through October, 2008. Project will construct and install new large-diameter storm drain system and laterals, and remove and replace asphalt surface, concrete curb, and gutter. Concurrent with this project, Questar Gas will be installing a new 24" high-pressure gas main along a parallel alignment in 3300 South.
- Willow Creek Channel Reconstruction at Willow Springs Lane, FV-06-0003
- Project substantially complete. Landscaping and cleanup reamains. Project constructed concrete aprons between existing culverts and low-flow channel improvements in Willow Creek. Underdrain pipe installed, and low-flow concrete liner along creek bed to reduce water infiltration into an existing sub-drain system.
- Emigration Creek Diversion at Liberty Park, FV-06-0001
- Project on hold; awaiting Salt Lake City approval. Earliest start date for construction is August, 2008. Project will replace an existing diversion structure and install new radial gates with actuators and electric motors at the southeast corner of Liberty Park and in 1300 South.
- Wicklow Woods/Neffs Lane Storm Drain, CJ-07-0012
- Under construction through July, 2008. Project will involve construction of a new storm drain system with laterals, inlet boxes, cleanouts, removal and replacement of roadway surface, and groundwater control.
