The quarterly Salt Lake County report advises citizens of construction projects bid and managed by the Engineering Division.  These may include Flood Control, Highway and Safer Sidewalk projects which may or may not impact traffic.  The project descriptions provide general information:  overall scope, basic traffic control measures, and anticipated completion date.

Construction schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather conditions, equipment problems, or emergency situations. Some projects may not be included due to their short time table, or lesser impact on traffic.

This quarterly report does not include information on federal, state, or city projects unless Salt Lake County is directly involved.  Please refer to the proper agency for information on projects not included in this report.  For example, Salt Lake City and Utha Department of Transportation maintain web sites listing the construction activities in their respective jurisdictions.  Private developments, utility and other short-term excavations are not included in this report, nor are maintenance projects being performed by Salt Lake County personnel.
